ITIL-MOF-MS SC – Uçtan uca IT altyapı ve servis yönetimi – güzel karışım

Efektif IT Servis yönetimi otomasyonu tüm IT yöneticilerinin rüyası. Bu amaçla farklı yollardan çözüm arayış ve uyarlamaları sektörde kulalnılıyor. Tavsiye ettiğimiz yöntem ise öncelikle yönetim yapısının ve süreçlerin uluslararası kabul görmüş standartlarda “tanımlanması” ve yönetim süreçlerinin “tasarlanması”dır. ITIL veya MOF başlangıç için size tehberlik edecektir. Bütünlüklü yaklaşım ve yaşam döngüsü yaklaşımı ITIL V3 ve MOF V4 kapsamında öne çıkmıştır. ITIL implementation için öncelikle yaşam döngüsü modelini, CSI modelini ve süreç yönetimini kurumda yaratmanız ve bu kültüre kurumu alıştırmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Bir diğer yaklaşım ise tavsiye etmesek de önce ürünün konumlandırılması aradından süreçlerin bu seçilen platform üzerinde inşa edilmesi yaklaşımıdır. Daha pratik gibi görünse de zorunlu olarak bizi ilk metoda geri götüercektir.

Microsoft’un System Center ürün ailesi uçtan uca BT Altyapı ve Hizmet yönetiminin entegrasyonuna uygun bir platform sağlıyor. Bu platformun yetenekleri gözardı edilmemeli ve ürünler efektif kullanıldığında her yöneticinin rüyası olan entegre otomasyon başarılabilir bir hedef.

Bu amaçla eğer Microsoft SC platformu seçilecekse başlangıç noktası olarak MOF’un öğrenilmesi ve MOF uyarlama planı yapılması gerekir. Zira microsoft ürünleri ile bağdaştırılmış bir framework MOF.
